1. What does an insurance agent do?
Answer: An insurance agent helps individuals and families protect their financial future by offering life insurance and Medicare plans that fit their needs. Agents educate clients, assess their financial situations, and recommend policies that provide security and peace of mind. It’s a career that blends sales, consulting, and financial planning. 1 Kingdom Life goes beyond the usual by offering advanced education to empower our clients. 2. Do I need prior experience?
Answer: No prior experience is necessary! We provide expert training, mentorship, and the resources you need to get licensed and start making sales. Whether you’re new to sales or transitioning from another career, we’ll help you succeed. This is one of the reasons why this may be the right career choice for you. The economy is changing and so is the employment landscape. Many people are losing their jobs through no fault of their own. It can take years to find a job that is a good fit for your qualifications and skills. 3. What kind of support and training do you offer?
Answer: We provide comprehensive training, marketing resources, and hands-on mentorship. You’ll learn sales techniques, product knowledge, and how to generate leads. We will guide and assist you from start to finish, from studying for your state license exam to contracting with carriers. 4. How much can I earn as an agent?
Answer: Your earning potential is unlimited! Most agents earn commissions on each policy they sell, plus residual income from renewals. Top-performing agents can earn six figures or more per year, and with the right support and training, success is well within reach. However, this is not for everyone. You need to be able to work independently as a self-disciplined person. You can either approach prospects, or you can have leads come to you. Either way, you need to love connecting with people and to explore ways to vastly improve their financial future. This means that you need to be a good communicator, and someone who keeps their appointments and promises. A warm, friendly personality will take you a long way. If you have these characteristics, you should do well.

7. What are the steps to get started?
Answer:
You can start by scheduling a call. If both parties agree to continue, you will complete our agent application form. The next phase is to study for your state license and write the exam. When you have successfully completed this step, you are ready for our internal training and onboarding with several carriers, you will be selling their products. It does take work, but it is doable and worthwhile. It could be the best, and most financially rewarding decision of your life. We would love to walk with you and see you succeed.

Answer:
This is an important question. The culture of agencies varies, and it is important for you to find an agency that shares your values, culture, and work-ethic.
