We live in a crazy world in which Christians have unique needs, opportunities, and resources. Jesus stated that we cannot serve God and mammon, and this creates a dilema for Christians, because Scripture tasks us with making and income, providing for our families, paying our rent, paying taxes, and leaving an inheritance to our children's children so that we can be good stewards.
So how do we do this? How do we balance all of this in a way that is filled with joy, wisdom, and hope for the future? How do we combine the practical needs on earth with the higher values and obligations of heaven? How do we combine all of this into a career, that also functions as a ministry?

1. Why is a faith-based / Kingdom-based agency important?
Answer: We all live by faith - in something. Faith is deeply relevant to every person. Faith is where our core person meets with the core values that shape our life. There is nothing more powerful, and fulfilling than living one's life in a way that is true and authentic to our faith. We sleep well, enjoy our work, and prosper in life. The problem for many people is that the world's greed and profit motives are ultimately destructive, because they compromise our spiritual values and foundations of faith.
Consider what happens when you work for a company that pressures you to "close the deal!" at any cost. What do you do when you know that the deal is not in your client's best interest? Many place profit ahead of their faith. This leads to them compromising their clients, and their own soul in the process. If this is not the way you want to live, or do business, then 1 Kingdom Life Agency may be for you.
Jesus stated it this way, "What does it profit a man to gain the whole world, yet forfeit his soul? Or what can a man give in exchange for his soul?" - Mark 8:36 (BSB).
In other words, our commitment is to serve each other with excellence, caring, and higher wisdom. We believe that when we serve clients with these qualities, it automatically builds trust, that leads to more referals and prosperity than the alternatives.
2. How are your products and services different?
Answer: Values
This has a lot to do with values (which are often grounded in faith). A good product can become a bad product in the hands of a corrupt agent. Fire can be used to warm a house and bless a family. In the hands of an evil person, fire can burn the house down. If an agent, or agency is looking through the lens of greed and profit, they will try to sell clients products that earn them the highest commission, rather than the best product for the client. In trading, there is a variation of this practice, called churning. Churning happens when a trader is simply making trades on a client's behalf, because each trade earns the trader a commission. In other words, the trader is chasing commission rather than the client's best interests. Our values matter.
Knowledge:
Knowledge matters. Most people do not realize that knowledge is often agenda-driven. This can be seen when an agent only shares what the client needs to know to agree to the deal, and not what the client should know to never do the deal. This results in deals that pay the agent well, but give the client less than they deserve. It is with this in mind that we emphasize "right knowledge," and truthfulness. Many fake gurus and scammers sell knowledge, but they avoid right knowledge and truthfulness.
Wisdom:
Proverbs 14:12 states, "There is a way that seems right to a man, but its end is the way of death." The world's 'wisdom' encourages clients to gamble, place their money at risk, and pay specialists to do so for them. We believe it is wiser to ask for wisdom. This is where Guy, the founder of 1 Kingdom Life Agency, has not followed the heard. With a background of decades in ministry, Guy has searched for greater wisdom. This search for wisdom led him to understand that we do not need to put clients at risk. Their money can be secure, and still grow at above average rates. Proverbs 3:19 states, "For the wisdom of this world is foolishness in God’s sight. As it is written: “He catches the wise in their craftiness.”
Our commitment is to higher values, the right knowledge, and wisdom. We want to work with agents who share this commitment, because it produces superior products, service, and outcomes.
3. What kind of business and marketing support can I expect?
Answer: You can expect full-spectrum support from start to finnish. And, you can expect more. As an example we have online platforms that will help you gain exposure. We also have access to free, high quality leads. In addition, we are backed by one of the nation's leading resources for education, CE's, training, product support and more. Everything you need to succeeed is here for you. You obviously need to do your part. This does require a strong work ethic, a love for people, and persistence. With these in place, there is no reason why you should not do very well.
4. I'm not licensed. Can I still work with you?
Answer: Yes. You can start without a license or background experience. The first step is to review the information on this website and then schedule a call. If we decide this may be a good fit, we will extend an invitation to you and begin the onboarding process, which includes your study and exam. This is followed by getting you setup with necessary platforms, and contracted with providers. You will be required to participate in our internal training to ensure that you have a superior level of knowledge and understanding in the marketplace. We put a lot of time and commitment into you, because we want you to succeed.
5. Is this hard to do?
Answer: The greatest challenge is psychological. If you do not like speaking to people, this will be hard, and maybe even impossible for you to do. However, if you love chatting, and helping people thrive, this may be the easiest, and most fun thing you could ever do. It has a lot to do with how you approach this. If you place yourself under pressure to sell, you will create a psychological framework that is easily disappointed. However, if you approach this from a fun, conversational perspective, everything changes. Likewise, if you have to chase leads, who do not want to talk to you, you will probably struggle. The solution is to use systems that bring leads to you so that you are only helping people who want your help. If you join us, you will receive training and support in all of these areas.
